Our 2023 limited edition Tequilas

Casa Amarillo’s Tequilas are born in the rich soil of Amatitán, Jalisco, a land fed by the Tequila volcano.

Under the mastery of the Correa family, our distillery becomes a theater of alchemy, delivering pure and delicate harmonies of flavors for our unique tequilas.

The Correa family has been in charge of the distillation process for over 20 years, when our Maestro Tequilero, Jesus Correa, decided to continue and honor his father's teachings. With the help of his daughter Rosita Correa, they today produce our 100% Agave Tequila, staying true to the craft and ensuring the highest quality of Tequila, from sourcing water from artesian wells that enrich the properties provided by the volcanic minerals to the distillation process, relying on the work of the women of our community, who are responsible for labeling and hand-packaging the final product. 

 

Casa Amarillo was born in the region's rich soil and is consolidated with years of experience in ancestral techniques, combined with the knowledge of modern processes and constant improvements in quality standards.

Our 2023 limited edition Mezcals

Casa Amarillo’s Mezcals takes root in the heartland of Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, where the legacy of Mezcal unfurls amidst the wisdom of the Zapotec indigenous population. Within this sacred land, the Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia) flourishes, nurtured by the embrace of the Oaxacan sun and the legacy of Mezcal's storied past.

 

 Here, the timeless traditions of Mezcal blend with innovative spirits, producing a symphony that resonates beyond boundaries.

The result is a symphony of herbaceous nuances, a delicate balance that refrains from excessive sweetness, enabling endless creative possibilities for our Maestro Mezcalero, Juan Diego Mendez Gomez.
